When you create a Vouch account, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and payment information processed through Stripe. We also collect identity verification data through our background check provider (Checkr) to ensure the safety of our community.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the Vouch platform, process transactions, verify your identity, communicate with you about your account and bookings, and improve our services. We use automated features to enhance listings, search, and member experience.

3. Information Sharing

We share limited profile information (name, verification status, reviews) with other Vouch members to facilitate transactions. We share payment data with Stripe to process transactions. We share identity data with Checkr for background verification. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure authentication, and Row Level Security on our database to protect your information. All payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant providers.

5. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your account information through your Settings page. You can request a full export of your data or account deletion by contacting us at privacy@vouchin.co.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies or collect personal data. We use essential cookies for authentication and session management only.
